The cartridge tags are silver plated and the internal wiring is 5N pure silver litz wire is 0.55mm outer diameter. Its litz construction 7 strands and each strand is 0.1mm diameter 99.999+% Pure soft annealed silver wires in oversized PTFE Teflon insulation for a more cleaner sound. woven Teflon Litz construction is ideal to deliver RFI and EMI rejection and provides low capacitance. 99.999+% silver transmits electrical signals faster and with less distortion than ordinary OFC wires. High grade Teflon insulation gives a predominant air dielectric and is regarded as the best insulator for bare cable. The earth wire is connected near the headshell and at the stem. The earth wire is not connected to the left negative, that is standard for Rega arms. The external cable is Mogami cable, its the same cable that Linn use for the T-Kable. The RCA plugs are WBT and all the solder joints was made using WBT silver solder.

Technics SL-120 Turntable Rega RB300 tonearm Wonderful Condition. Looks and operates like new. The Rega RB300 was rewired by Origin Live, it has been extended but still works perfectly. Hinges are as they should be. Lid is excellent. No marks to turntable that I can find, even still has the strobe sticker intact. Platter, beautiful, not corroded and still shiny. 45RPM adapter present. Original mat. RB300 has the expensive tungsten weight. Origin Live armboard specifically made for RB300. Feet all intact. The speed stability varies between 0.02% and 0.03% which is phenomenal performance even for a new Technics let alone a 70s model. If you want one of these turntables then I dont think its unrealistic to say that this one is about as good as Any questions please ask.

Perfect example of the iconic Rega Planer 2 fitted with a Rega RB300 tonearm and a new Rega Carbon Cartridge. Not long serviced with new capacitors fitted to motor circuit board. Main bearing cleaned and re-oiled with correct Rega oil. Original Tungsten counterbalance weight fitted to metal stud end on rear of tonearm. The dust cover could do with a polish as it has the usual rub / scratch marks on from useage over the years.
