This Apollo - R CD player has been in my second system and has seen lighter use. Please seek reviews on-line for technical information. See photos regarding its physical condition. This player is built like a tank (about 9.5 lbs.), sounds good, looks wonderful with its satin finish and has been very reliable for me. The front faceplate is really nice. There is a light scratch on the lid which looks worse in the photo. From a front angle it does not look bad at all. Its 8.5 width makes it flexible and easy to place in your system. In one of the photos of the front panel it shows the word initialising. When a new disc is inserted, it reads the disc and this sometimes takes up to 10 seconds. This is normal and does not mean there is a malfunction. The Apollo will ship with its remote, which does show signs of wear but works well, a generic power cord and its original box and packaging. I will double box it. Thanks for looking.
