aus Nachlass: The Acoustical Manufacturing Co. Ltd, Huntingdon QUAD 33 Vorverstärker / Pre-Amplifier QUAD 405 Verstärker / Power Amplifier QUAD FM3 Tuner inkl. abgebildete Kabel Die Anlage funktioniert mit dem Tuner (siehe Video).Der linke Kanal ist ziemlich leise - vielleicht liegt es daran, dass ich nur ein DIN 5pin Kabel für die Verbindung 33->FM3 zur Verfügung habe. Alle Schalter, Drehknöpfe funktionieren ohne Probleme. Tape / CD / AUX usw. sind ungetestet. Soweit bekannt, sind ein paar Änderungen vorgenommen worden:Es ist ein neuer Ein/Aus-Schalter verbaut.Die Ausgänge von 405 und der passende Eingang an 33 sind auf DIN 4pin geändert (das sind die 2 weißen Kabel) (Sicher kann man das auch wieder auf original Zustand zurückbaubar) Der linke Kanal ist ziemlich leise... Die Bauteile sind in die Jahre gekommen und haben einige Gebrauchspuren (siehe Fotos). Dem Verstärker 405 ist ein original Fuß abhanden gekommen - diese wurde provisorisch ersetzt. Eine Revision wäre sicherlich angebracht - dass gute Stück stand jetzt relativ lang unbenutzt. Ein tolles Stück Hifi-Geschichte, das auch heute noch durch Qualität und Eigenschaften überzeugt! Quad 405 Mk1 Power Amplifier + Quad 33 Pre-amp Vintage Hi Fi Audiophile Collectable Just in from its original estate. Selling as spares or repair as Ive only power tested the 405 which the red light comes on and theres no untoward noises coming from it, but unable to power test the Quad 33 as it needs a small bulgin type power connector which is missing. Comes with kettle lead and a 2 pin din type lead. Some signs of age and use marks and scratches and the 33 has a small section of the Disc adapter flap broken. The 405 looks better cosmetically.
