I purchased approximately 2 dozen of these new for my stereo and home theater setup years ago. Since I moved about 5 years ago, I no longer have need for these units. The condition of these units are Near Mint. The theory behind these units is interesting. Power cannot be destroyed but it can be converted to something harmless...light. That is the principle behind these Noise Harvesters from PS Audio.They do reduce the noise that is present in power lines and they made a positive difference in lowering the noise floor in my stereo/ HT equipment. These units also act as a RF/EMI indicator. If theyre flashing in fast bursts when normally they may only flash occasionally that might indicate something has changed in your power lines and it should be addressed by turning off the source of the generated noise (a fan, a dishwasher, etc.). For that reason alone I thought these units were beneficial to have in my systems. It is recommended that you use at least 5 of these units on each circuit that has stereo or HT equipment on it in order to silence the noise that rides on your power lines. Many stereo/HT equipment circuits share the same line as refrigerators, room A/C units, ceiling fans and especially light switches with slide controls that can adjust room brightness. This gives opportunity for EMI/RF noise to travel to your equipment and create unwanted noise problems.
