I have owned this amplifier since new, but it has been shared amongst family members. I purchased it in Europe. It is dual voltage. All functions on this amplifier work. The only issue is that during a move the plastic, Speaker B terminal bracket was broken. Please see the pictures. Both A and B speaker connections work but the B terminals are no longer well-secured to the amplifier chassis. As you can see in the pictures Ive removed the screw-in speaker terminal connectors to make it safer for shipping. Im cleaning out electronics and this durable Denon needs a new home.

Denon Combo (#1) PMA-700V Integrated Amplifier + (#2) TU-400 Tuner AM/FM Stereo This listing is for 2 components. Both are made by Denon, #1 is a Precision Audio Component - Pre-Main-Amplifier model PMA-700V#2 is a Precision Audio Component - AM/FM Stereo Tuner model TU-400 The Turntable shown on the Video is not included, just the two components below the turntable player. Tested and fully operational. There are a few scratches to the outer metal boxes as is typical for units of this type. No dents. The front of both units are very clean with minimal signs of wear. The only very minor flaw that I discovered is on one of the 8 speaker wire connection posts in the back of the PMA 700. The wire post is loose so that if you push on the post, it will move inwards towards the inside of the component. It doesnt go so far as to get all the way in, and once you connect the speaker wire into the small hole on the side of the post and screw the cap tight, it generally will stay put and not be a problem. I opened the metal casing to see if there was something loose, and theres nothing to fix or tighten. The post were designed to snap into the metal that has teeth like edges that are meant to hold it. If you look at the last photo, the post in question is the 3rd one down on the right hand side (all black) As you can see, it looks normal on the photo, but it is loose. When the speaker wire is connected, everything sounds normal. NOT INCLUDED: -> Remote control unit(s), Original Boxes, Operation Guide/Manual - Turntable <-:NOT INCLUDED I also tested it with a turntable and played some of my records on it and it sounds wonderful, and because it has connections specific for phonographs, it will work for both amplified and those needing pre-amps Turntable not included. Durch den anstehenden Umzug in eine wesentlich kleinere Wohnung muß ich mich dem entsprechend verkleinern, deswegenverkaufe ich einige meiner Hi-Fi Studio-Komponenten. (unter Anderen z.B.Thorens TD 160 , TEAC V-900X etc.)Da es sich beim DENON TU-500 um ein sehr hochwertiges Gerät handelt , gebe ich hier die Seriennummer die auf der Rückseite eingestanzt ist, (siehe Foto) zur Identifikation an.Aus dem Arbeitsbericht der Rechnung vom 28.06.2021 (Foto Nr.15 und 16) geht hervor,dass der Dreh-Kondensator und der Schleifer gereinigt wurde.Aber lesen Sie hierzu den Bericht selber durch. Es wurden umfangreiche Arbeiten durchgeführt. Auch der sehr gute Kopfhörer-Verstärker wurde geprüft und gewartet. Den DENON TU-500 habe ich für 235,00 € im Februar 2020 erstanden.Im Dezember 2020 hatte das Gerät dann plötzlich nur noch sehr schlechten Empfang.Die Reparatur und die Wartung haben mit 267,64 € zu Buche geschlagen.Seitdem ist der Empfang und der Klangwie von solch einem Empfänger zu erwarten, wieder hervorragend.Am Holzgehäuse ist an der hinteren rechten Ecke eine minimale Bestossung und obenauf dem Gehäuse minimalste Kratzerchen, die man wirklich kaum sieht. (Siehe die letzten drei Fotos) Die Wartung bei der renommierten Fachfirma vom 28.06.2021 hat sich wirklich sehr gelohnt.Der DENON TU-500 wird in diesem Zustand sicherlich noch viele Jahre Freude bereiten.Die Seriennummer ist auf der Rechnung vermerkt. Der TUNER hat durch die umfangreiche Wartung, siehe Rechnung und Arbeitsbericht (mit dabei) wieder hohe Empfindlichkeit und dadurch sehr guten Empfang und umwerfende Klangeigenschaften.(Man hört nahezu das Gras wachsen) Ich biete Barzahlung bei Abholung in Stuttgart an , sowie PayPal oder Banküberweisung.
