Upon testing the tuner worked flawlessly with the exception of the memory buttons. Upon opening the foam shim/silencers had disintegrated due to age as shown. REPAIR: Old foam was removed and switches were thoroughly cleaned with Isopropyl alcohol. Felt furniture pads were added as a replacement and now all buttons work flawlessly and silently. This may not be the best long term solution however works well and the next owner could easily remove them and replace with their choice of silencer. All the circuitry looks to be clean and in great shape. Awesome unit, might have some minor cosmetic defects due to age as shown.

Excellent cosmetic condition. This unit powers on but I was having trouble finding clear stations. It would bring in stations but with some static. Some with more than others. I’m not a tuner expert so I’m not sure what kind of service or adjustment is needed. Possibly I had the settings wrong or needed an antenna. The 8 preset buttons all operate but the 4 on the top seem “loose” compared to the 4 on the bottom. They will all select when depressed. Would be a great unit for someone with a little elbow grease. Pioneer F-99x Digitial Tuner.This item is sold complete with the power lead and the plug.Fully functioning with no issues. Item condition and specifics? Nearly all of my items are used items so do have some marks and scuffs and in general have signs of usage.What I class as good you may class as poor so Ive taken several photos of the item from all angles pretty much with flash on and off to highlight signs of usage.Pictures form a major part of the description so please take the time to view all 24 and zoom in and you can judge for yourself (if unsure or need clarification please email me)Ive tried to picture it in the worst possible way to avoid issues later and with most items a good clean will make them look much better.My camera flash and light/angles give the opposite of the beer goggles effect but my objective is for you too see it at its absolute worst so once you get it your happy.To the naked eye viewing it and in daily use doesnt look as bad as what is pictured and bare in mind Im looking at it from all angles and close up (you in all likeliness wont be doing this)If its something substantial/heavy/hard to see it will be noted below.90% of items are in a GOOD USED CONDITION however please view pictures and judge for yourself.
