When I connect to power the unit turns on and the dispatcher screen comes on. Receiver is in used condition only a power test has been performed. Disclaimer: This item was dropped off to our Electronic Waste Recycling Center. We don't know what it was exposed to before it got to us. We are strictly selling it for parts. If possible we have performed a simple power test and described what happens when powered on.
