Modified Bang & Olufsen MCL 2P Amplifier.If you have a BeoSystem 2300 or 2500 this modified MCL 2P amp will allow you to run a link room set up off of your 2300/2500. You connect the 2P PowerLink socket to one of the BeoSystem PowerLink outputs, then use a regular MCL cable with 3-pin speaker plugs from the 2P into a MCL 2A or MCL 2AV relay. The link room relay will turn on/off independently of main room (BeoSystem 2300/2500). You can then connect more links just as with a regular MCL set up. This MCL 2P was modified back in the 90s by a Bang & Olufsen technician. The 15V outlet supply on the 2P was used to provide power to pin #4 of the PowerLink circuit to trigger the amp & relay to turn on independently, so the 15V outlet is no longer active. This is probably a one-of-a-kind piece.Sold as-is For parts or not working because of the modification, and priced-to-sell since theres probably much demand for this 30 year old technology anymore.
