This is not an item I have experience with, but from my online research, it sounds like a handy, efficient tool for removing surface dirt from vinyl Used item, but doesnt seem to have heavily used. The roller rubber is clean and well in tact There is some minor wear corrosion to the outer metal on the edge of the roller pin that goes through the middle, but as you can see from the images, the item is in good condition.
