This auction is for two used custom setup Nagaoka MP100 Phono cartridges on Pioneer DJ Headshells from Japan. Also including low mass silver litz wires and Smolik Audio carbon damping plates and a brand new carry case, we supply with brand new unused styli in factory boxes as standard. As we build these up as bespoke pieces they are individually unique custom setups assembled from fine parts often recycling traded in pieces to get the very best from them... The cartridges retail value in the UK is £119.99 each and the headshells retail around £25 each when imported and the carbon plates and wires add around £10 to each, plus low mass silver wiring and the protective travel case is £30. The new value is over £350 before postage or expert setup. So our starting price is great value. Custom mounted and setup with an official Technics overhang gauge and Technics SL1200 mk2 arc protractor for DJs who want an open, warm and detailed refined Audiophile sound. These are one of the best high fidelity Hi-Fi cartridges around that also suit DJing. Fine for light for back cuing, these are for high fidelity expressive DJs and not phased by platter dragging beat mixing but beautifully refined for people who let the music speak loud and clear with its original intention. Great for all genres and acoustic music as well as for heavily synthetic layered dance and electronic productions. These are as optimised as we can get them while keeping them affordable.
