Up for sale is a Sonance Sonoamp 1250 12 channel amplifier, used. Its in really good physical condition; see the pictures. Electrically, its in mixed condition. Channels 1-6 work fine; see the oscilloscope output for the waveforms. Input was a boring 150hz sine wave. Channels 7-12 dont work. Probably a bad capacitor in the power supply. The unit had the main power capacitors for each channel replaced in 2015; the unit was been in dry basement storage since 2020. So, being sold as-is, but mostly. I purchased this new in 2005 for our home theater and it was gently used as the heart of a 7.2 system until 2020. Too nice to get rid of, I put it on the shelf....and now realize that Ill probably never use it again. Rather than bring it to recycling, I figured someone out here could use it to play with.
