This Preamplifier is in good physical shape. Minor scratches, if any. Please verify by looking at the supplied pictures. I had no problem powering up the amp and all the knobs, etc moved freely. Since this is a Preamp I dont have the right setup to truly test the output. Since that is the case, I will accept a return if necessary.
