Fantastic pre-processor from Meridian.This one is in 8/10 condition and works great (admittedly I never used all inputs / outputs possible to be honest).This is the XLR output model with 3 zones. The dac input sounds great in my setup allowing preset DSP options or custom config with Meridians room correction software.Comes with remote and generic power cable.Firmware installed is the latest one available from Meridian, 1.5.One gotcha with this one, the remote is missing the battery cover - it works great otherwise however.No original box but will pack it well.

The Meridian 565 is the first digital processor into the industry. This unit still has features and sound characteristics that compete with much newer models from other manufacturers. This unit is in excellent condition and works per original factory specs.

This high-end, audiophile, Surround Processor works fine according to the test I did (mainly on 2-channel type input). However, the plastic casing in the front becomes somewhat loose. I suspect some of the mechanical taps broke and the casing cant be secured in place. My low asking price reflects this condition its in.
