These units came with 2 remotes, 1 of which is the programmable that will swiftly control your entire system, both are included. The Audyssey calibration mic, power cord, and original box included as well. I only have the manual in digital format, but it is a free download pdf. I have only moved on from this fantastic piece because I'm bi-amping HF and LF in a surround setup and wanted more channels. I'd say it were perfect if not for a very small nick on the top right back corner, above the large sticker on the right side(photo).
