Why is my item delayed?Sometimes it difficult to locate an item, so a delay can occur. If this happens I will message you a couple of day before the estimated delivery and explain what is causing the delay (cant find the item, item is missing an accessories, item is damaged, etc). I will never knowingly send a damaged item, it doesnt do anyone any favours, so if its damage I will tell you so. If I cant locate an item and I have a viable alternative to offer, I will do so and give your the option to accept it or get a full refund. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?It is very important that you take pictures of any damaged to the item and the box and send them to me. Do not attempt to fix anything. Please keep the box and all packaging because sometime eBay and the courier will want to check the item and box in person, to prevent fraudlent claims.
