Krell KAV-150a 2 Channel Amp Good Condition Overall - some marks on top of case Nice FACEPLATE! Recapped in April 2023 at ... High Performance Stereo in Hollywood, FL I bought it in May 2023. I wanted to try it out vs my KAV-250a. It is quite a contender and runs cool compared to the 250a.This is a good thing if you have tighter cabinet space. Being recapped, it sounds fantastic.It does deserve a dedicated 2 channel pre and to be listened to daily!!I will miss it for sure.... I do have the original box for safe shipping. Up for sale is a Krell KAV-250P Pre Amplifier. It was recapped in Aug 2022 by a electrician I bought it from. The unit has worked amazing while I have used it. Sounds excellent, very detailed. Has minor scuffs, the worst marked out with a black marker. On Shelf looks totally fine. Does not include original remote, but has a programed Logitech remoted provided. Recap involved replacing all 66 electrolytic capacitors with Nichicon “Audio” grade high temperature caps (for longevity) Ultimately I ended up going with a Parasound JC2 as my preamp at 2.5X the cost of the Krell 250p, so this has to go!
