Kenwood KD-5070 Automatic/Manual Direct Drive Turntable acquired from the family of the original owner. A high-end Grado cartridge and stylus is included. Thoroughly tested and working. Auto feature works along with manual operation. Speeds are right on and stable. Strobe is bright and accurate, and pitch controls vary the speed as they should. Cuing lever raises and lowers the tone arm as designed. This turntable also has a selector for record size when using automatic operation. Sound quality is Excellent in all respects. If I had to be critical, the shut off button takes a few seconds to engage. I believe all Kenwood KD-5070 turntables exhibit this slow shut off due to a relay type switch. Cosmetically very nice with some light surface brush marks and light scratches on the dust cover. Hinges hold the dust cover up with ease. Tone arm spring lock for shipping is present and working.
