For sale are my Hifiman HE500 , bought off ebay a while back, however the original headband broke :( I bought a new replacement headband off aliexpress and it does the job. The cable is a bit janky, its very long, maybe 10ft ending in 4 pin XLR. Drivers and sound quality is excellent Does not get much listening time, as I have too much other gear. Would probably get a new replacement cable to be more ergonomical, however will list on ebay incase there are some people interested in this. Very moddable headphone with epic sound quality that is a legend in the headphone scene! Thanks

This is a can I thought Id never sell, but I must fund new kit... It kicks as good as advertised, and the vocal presentation is as good as everyone says it is. If you read the HE-500 thread on HeadFi, its full of people expounding why the HE-500 has no equal for vocal presentation, even in 2023. Endgame headphone for many. However, I am a drummer, so drum presentation is what I place most value in. These do drums brilliantly, but theres other cans that do drums more to my taste. These image great, have an excellent stage and punch hard, which all translate to a jaw-dropping experience. Just try listing to Pink Floyds Time on these, or Peter Gabriels Sledgehammer to be stunned. And if you want to get kicked in the head, try Karnivools Goliath! This can is all original, apart from the pads - theyre DCA Angled Lamb Skin pads. If you read how is best to experience the HE-500, its with these pads; particularly when it comes to bass. These are the only pads included. There is however the original cable (4 Pin XLR), along with a newer HQ OFC cable (4 Pin XLR). Comes with the original case and documentation.
