David Hafler DH100 preamp. Estate Sale find. Classic solidstate preamplifier designed by one of the best. A few minor scratches on the top but solid working condition. Cleaned inside and out, deoxed all controls and lubed so they work smooth and sliently. It powered up fine and works as designed. If youre looking for a straight forward, well designed preamp that wont break the bank, this is it. The Hafler DH-100 preamplifier is a vintage preamp that has been around for a while. It is known for its clean sound and workhorse-like reliability. It has been reviewed as having a warm low-mid bass, otherwise neutral balance with very good detail and resolution.
