Goldring Lenco GL-78 Turntable, restored, excellent condition.Completely restored GL78, brand new lid from Audio Technica. Goldring G800 cartridge, used. Re-wired earth and rewired phono lead with Profigold Audioflex OFC spiral shielded cable.The whole deck has been cleaned, re-oiled where required, old grease removed and re lubricated. The plinth has been rubbed down and re-oiled and the black base re-sprayed. new feet have been fitted.The deck is beautiful and the auto stop and arm lift works very well with compatible vinyl. Tracks well, sound and looks amazing.please note, as the lid is an after market unit it does only just fit across the front, please see images. Seltenes High-End-MC-System der absoluten Spitzenklasse. Das System wurde nur zu Testzwecken wenige Stunden benutzt und befand sich ansonsten nur in der OVP in der Vitrine meines Musikzimmers. Das System ist also NEUWERTIG und in dem Zustand wohl nur sehr schwer zu bekommen. Es befindet sich im Originalzustand mit OVP. Es handelt sich um das damalige Top-Modell von Goldring mit Gyger-S Nadel. Ich habe einfach zu viele Systeme und es sollte benutzt werden. Weitere Infos finden sich bestimmt im Netz. Goldring Lenco GL 75 Turntable - Excellent Condition - Brand New Stylus Serial # 37065 see pics. Generally in excellent condition, plays well, dynamic, open sound.Plinth in perfect condition. Plinth cover - some minor surface blemishes and a few miniscule scratches commensurate with age. - most will polish out with something like Quixx polish for acrylic; - one deeper scratch on rear, near LH hinge; - one deeper scratch on LH side near rear, shown in centre of close-up pic. Plinth cover photographed as best I can in different light / angles. Pickup Bias Weight missing - but can be obtained for a few pounds. Brand new stylus - only tested - no other usage. Turntable turns freely, mat in good condition. Deck top and underside clean and excellent condition. All 4 speeds work fine. Stored in dry conditions by me for c15 years - so no heavy usage ! Works perfectly as far as I can tell, but would probably benefit from a service, oil, check the brake etc. Mains lead and phono leads would benefit from replacement, but I have not done this as audiophiles will have their own preferred wire. Collection only from near Staines, TW17. Listen / Inspection on collection, if not happy then full refund.
