A great looking lot. This is the hi-fi section that was removed from a vintage console table, so it was hidden inside and accessed when you lifted the table lid. I tried it before the cable was cut off, and the record player doesnt rotate, the tape deck plays/rewinds and fast forwards, and the radio sounds. I just tried it with headphones, as the speakers were still built into the table it was removed from, and I could hear both the radio and the tape deck play. I did hear some crackle every now and then from the switches/sliders and noticed a hum. May have some other issues not spotted. Sold as spares/repairs as pictured. Approx. 87.5cm from side to side x 42.5cm from font to back x 12cm high (measured at the front of the case - so a bit higher including record player arm etc) The sides and underneath are open, so since trying it out, the power cable has been cut off. As such, sold as pictured for Spares/Repairs. Due to the size, sold as for COLLECTION IN PERSON ONLY from south Cumbria.

A NOS Flexible Rubber Coupling for the Garrard 201 Transcription Turntable This is ex BBC stock from when TD/7 Grams were still in use in the mid 1970s The very last TD/7 gram item from my collection. Last photo show a similar coupling in place on a Garrard 201 induction motor in a DRT/2 portable gram unit. NO gram or motor is included in this sale.
