This tuner has its full complement of tubes, but they have not been individually tested. I tested the power with a variac and it does power on. I did not test it further. There is some rust on some components. The innards could use a cleaning. The metal face has bowed a bit. 2 of the 3 knob caps are missing, and the included one needs to be reglued.
