Duevel Shuttle Integrated Amplifier I owned Duevel Bella Luna omnidirectional speakers from 2005 until recently when I upgraded to their enormous Jupiter flagships. I usually have valve amps but valves are temperamental so I got this as my back up amp and used it happily many times over the years (Graaf, Cary, WAVAC all sound amazing but need a lot of maintenance). It was sounding a bit flat last time the WAVAC overheated itself so I took it to my electrical engineer who fully serviced it in December. That included replacing all 6 of the main capacitors and the volume pot which was crackling. The Shuttle is a natural and almost valve like amp with a decent phono stage. My electrical engineer says he can fit a remote control volume for around £150 if the power LED is replaced by a signal receiver. That may be of interest. Audition and postage Audition welcome in Edinburgh in my Linn Klimax DS/2 and Duevel Jupiter system. Ideally the buyer will buy this in person from me in Edinburgh after hearing it in my system. However, I do have the original packaging so postage is possible at the buyers risk and expense. I usually get the buyer to arrange and pay for shipping so that if theres a problem the legal relationship is between the new owner and the courier. That means that any insurance payout is made direct to the new owner. The box is 60 x 46 x 20cm and weighs a little under 20kg.
