CYRUS DAD 7 CD PLAYER On offer here is a fine example of the highly acclaimed Cyrus DAD 7 CD Player. Having had minimal use, this multi award winning unit is in immaculate condition. This is the last Top Loading CD Player made by Cyrus and many still believe that it is one of finest CD Players they ever made. Indeed it sounds absolutely wonderful and has the looks to match. It does have one issue, which is extremely common with the remaining DAD 7s, in that the lid release mechanism does not release the lid and that it has to be lifted manually. I have certainly not found this to be an issue, as I simply used a piece of insulating tape to lift it. As this is such a common issue it should be a simple fix to someone with suitable knowledge, although as I say I have not been troubled by it. Once opened the lid stays open to insert or remove the disc and puck. Closing the lid is simply a case of holding the lid 1-2 CMs from the mechanism, letting go and it will then ease itself down and spin and load the disc. As we have come to expect from Cyrus, both build and sound quality are exceptional at this price level and it would grace any quality Audio system. It comes complete with the original Puck, original User Manual, and the original as new unused Remote Control, together with excellent quality Chord Chameleon Interconnect Cables and UK Mains Lead as pictured.
