Celestion SL600Si Aerolam Bookshelf Copper Tweeter Speakers. These have installed a pair of woofers from my SL600 set due to one being damaged, its the same woofer, however I did replace both so they would match. One copper tweeter has a small dent approximately 1.5mm x 3mm doesnt seem to affect the performance and both tweeters sound great. The cabinets are not dented or damaged and the finish is in fairly good condition with a few light marks the camera wont pick up. These require a bi-wire set up to run properly. Two for the hifi leg of the crossover and two for the bass/mid range. The way I set mine up was to run the normal speaker wire to the red and black middle jacks and then I ran separate wire from the amp for the red and black outside jacks. Celestion SL600Si with sturdy metal stands. Ive cleaned them up and painted in the front driver/tweeter mounting plates. The stands were also painted in black. Unique cabinets fabricated from a 0.5-thick, Aerolam (aluminum-honeycomb) aircraft flooring material. While low in mass, thus minimizing energy storage, it is sufficiently stiff enough for the resonances of its panels to be pushed almost two octaves higher in frequency than with a conventional wooden cabinet.
