Unit does power on and CDs do spin. However screen does not turn on. When connected to speakers it’s almost like it’s fast forwarding them. Unit does show some signs of use /wear. This item is for parts or repair.

This is a VERY RARE 1988 Sony Hi-fi Deck set comprising of TA-909, CDP-S27, TC-R707, ST-909R, and APM-909A speakers. The system is made for the true audiophile who loves the vintage sound of the late 80s. Superb sound. The set includes a CD player, tape deck, radio tuner, and speakers which are all in great condition. The radios display is not lighting up - might be just a bad connection, but the radio is playing just fine. The tape deck has the common issue with opening/closing. It works, but it needs work done. This is the only one of its kind Ive found online. Similar decks for for some big numbers in the USA - 3k+.

Biete hier extrem seltenen Sony CDP S-27 an. 35 Jahre alter hifi-Klassiker aus dem Jahre 1988. Player spielt alles ab. Auch gebrannte problemlos. Im Grunde kann man ihn sofort benutzen,er hat aber paar Kleinigkeiten. Der ON/OFF Knopf hat nen Wackler. (Muss man mehrmals hin und her schalten,damit er ausgeht). Das Audio Out hinten hat auch nen kleinen Wackler,mit nem bischen Gefühl beim einstecken,funktionieren auch diese wie es sein soll. Bei der Schublade muss manchmal am Ende mit minimalem Druck nachgeholfen werden.(Denke da müsste mal neuer Antriebsriemen rein) Man kann den CD Player aber auch mit 3,5 mm über Kopfhöreranschluss anschließen,der noch problemlos funktioniert. Keine grossen Sachen,und ich denke erst recht für jemanden der sich auskennt,kein grosses Hexenwerk.
