PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Selling my CAMBRIDGE AUDIO - SOUNDWORKS RADIO CD740. As you can see by the photos it still has protection on the face of the control panel. Also included is the original remote control. I took great care of this awesome piece of gear and am the original owner. It served me so well. The condition is as follows… CD player no longer works..it accepts CD into slot and it reads track information but there is no sound. I can shuttle from track to track but silence. Radio plays but the volume control is a bit wonky…. Sometimes it works perfectly and other times it doesn’t properly adjust the volume. Display works and the clock is functioning I inquired about having it repaired but it was too expensive to go that route ..I can just purchase a working unit here on eBay. This purchase is for parts or for someone who is able to repair this awesome device..my limited knowledge thinks it’s a minor repair ?? Built like a tank and the sound that this device produces in AMAZING… and I just don’t want to throw it in the trash. THANK YOU FOR LOOKING …
