Remote is in good working condition. Battery compartment is clean from any corrosion. No batteries were left in it. The only issue is that the original glue to the face plate has worn out and will need re-glued. Please refer to pictures for exact item you will receive.

This item has been tested and comes with a remote one of the knobs broke off ass shown but it is cosmetic and the button works . Vintage BSR 4000XR Equalizer / Spectrum Analyzer, fully operational. With remote, manuals, and original box.

All RCA inputs and outputs were tested. All worked except for the ext. processor output. All outputs had staticky distortion that seemed affected by the monitor knob (missing). When toggling or jiggling that knob, sometimes one of the channels would go out or become staticky. Some of the toggles are broken, but are still functional (except for the 2K toggle, which can be very challenging to get to go up). The rest of toggles work with little effort. No further testing was done. Due to the issues described, it is being sold for parts or repair in as is condition. Use the pictures provided to judge its cosmetic condition. * FOR PARTS/REPAIR * BSR 4000XR Computer Memory Graphic Equalizer EQ / Real Time Spectrum Analyzer . It’s been about 15 years since I’ve used this thing but if I remember correctly the issue was that one of the channels wasn’t passing a signal or that the level in one channel was very low. Even though three have broken tips, all of the frequency adjustment toggles work properly If I get the time to reconnect it to my system before someone buys it, I’ll see if I can clarify what the issue with this unit is. Whether I get to that or not, understand that this unit will need repair of some sort in order to operate correctly.
