The second amp is responsible for conversion balanced signal ,to single-ended signal and implement the low pass analog filter , then go through the volume control fed to the third amp, (the headphone amp ). Every amp usually have two gain stages built in to the ES9028 chip . Signal must go through total of 6 gain stages and finally arrive at the output stage. The NFB-11 applies Non-feedback ACSS design. I am the second owner of this device. Bought it from original owner in 2019 and has been my daily driver ever since. The device is in great working condition and overall is well-maintained. Will come with power and USB cable. As shown last couple pictures: 1) Minor scratch on bottom surface not visible during use 2) Barely visible hairline scratches on volume knob - really have to play around with the lighting and angle to catch it Note: requires 1/4” end to connect to DAC/AMP

The venerated and now hard to find NFB-11.28. This is an amazing all in one unit that greatly simplified my desk. Work life is changing, so this unit needs to find a new home. The unit has some marks on it. In some cases the switches are a bit slow to respond, but they do eventually kick over. This unit is wired for 240v, but Im including a high quality grounded step up converter which means that wont be a problem. This includes two power cables and a USB cable (not pictured).
