Arcam rPhono MM/MC phono stage in immaculate condition. This phono stage is extremely capable and in my opinion only bettered by products costing around 3 times its original retail price. I’ve been using with an Arcam AVR 30, Audiolab 8000m monoblocs and Heybrook TT2 with AT 540ML cartridge and the rPhono complements this setup very well. Only selling as I’ve fallen for the Tim de Paravicini EAR Phonobox valve sound. No original box but immaculate with no marks and will be shipped in suitable packaging. Arcam Delta 290 Amplifier with Phono Stage All controls work as they should including the notorious Alps input selector - the input selector has been dismantled and cleaned and tested. (A squirt of switch cleaner without dismantling selector is a very short lived cure). No remote control. There a re a few minor marks on the case shown in photos, but in all very good condition for its age. If collecting from Bromley Kent, it can be seen and heard working. Will not send overseas, or to Eire, Ireland or other remote areas etc. Do not have original box but it will be well packed to survive its journey.

RARE. the laser and transport work as NEW immediate reading of disc 1-2 seconds and the drawer is flawless very smooth like when it was when purchased. includes original paperwork shown and iec cable the remote is replacement as i didnt like the arcam one to big and to many buttons but they are easy to find for 20 quid or so. if i can find it i will add free of charge. packed in original box and posted via ups FULLY INSURED so in the unlikely event of damage it will be covered. Arcam Alpha 6 Hifi Separate Integrated Amplifier MM Phono Stage Input SERVICED* Excellent build and sound quality as you would expect from Arcam. SERVICED*: At the time of listing all buttons, switches, sockets and dials have been serviced with contact cleaner to ensure smooth and accurate operation along with removing any unwanted crackling/static when adjusting the controls. The unit has been fully function tested and is working perfectly on all inputs and outputs. Some online reviews: No sooner had the Mahler CD been loaded into the CD player than lamenting horns soared out into the room, creating a marvelous sense of anticipation that was just sustained by the final flourish of the orchestra as a whole. This made the Alpha 6 a whole lot more interesting than many of its rivals but there was always that nagging sensation of not quite letting go, a hint of restraint that prevented its music from exploding into a larger and even bolder acoustic. Yet the Alpha 6 maintained a steady grip through the tricky rock and pop CDs that had flummoxed others In this test. Stings boyish vocals retained their natural whine, despite being battered from all sides by multi-tracked harmonies, strings and percussion. Any restraint in this instance was interpreted by our panel as a little extra smoothness, keeping any hardness or aggression in check without squashing the dynamics en route. There is some slight muting of dynamics via the MM disc input. However, its sweet balance seems perfectly suited to the lush sound of classical woodwind and strings. With these instruments in particular, the Alpha 6 revealed a wealth of gentle detail without sounding sat-upon. This, Arcams latest addition to the Alpha Series, continues its tradition for great music at an equally attractive price. In this instance, the sound of the Alpha 6 is very melodic, a performance that envelops and relaxes with appealing waves of warm and considered detail. So, rather than being stunned by forthright dynamics, the Alpha 6 is an amplifier to savour and enjoy at your leisure. It comes highly recommended. It is in fully working condition having been internally cleaned inside and out. All the pots and switches have been cleaned, so its crackle free, and sounds great! It shows minimal signs of previous use with just the odd light scuffs and scratches as expected with any used item, mainly to the top lid, and a very small dent on the top left hand side (see photos) however they are not highly visible with close inspection, especially when stacked with other equipment on top or placed in a HiFi cabinet. One of the left hand negative speaker terminals is missing a small piece of plastic, however this has no effect on connecting your speakers (see photos). It comes from a smoke and pet free home.
