AKAI PM-R2 'THE REVERSE' RARE CASSETTE PLAYER/RADIO PACK FAM-1 READ DESCRIPTION. Cosmetic condition is excellent but item has some issues with functionality. Radio is in working order Cassette plays although speed can be inconsistent The fast forward and rewind functions do not seem to work at all. I’ve listed as “parts not working” although it does partially work and may be an easy fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. Akai PM-R2 AM/FM Stereo Tuner Pack & Akai PM-R3 Working , & Hitachi Mini Speaker. Ok see all photos on listing , very nice looking ex vintage display items , the PM R3 works and sounds good but the battery cover is missing , the PM R2 has crusty battery contacts so will not power up ?. It still has its radio card and is in nice condition as well the strap flap is weak but still ok as part of it , sold as you see , hopefully another display for them to live in , (lv)

Vintage Akai PM-R2 Portable Stereo Cassette Player with AM/FM Stereo Tuner Pack. Belt clip.Original headphones (not tested) and pouch. Good overall condition. Sold as not working but powers up (see pictures) and tuner has output; I assume it may only need a new drive belt. Owned since new.
