Tape eject is operated mechanically and the cassette needs to be placed with the side to be played facing forward in the cassette well.Level meters used on the CS-F9 are generic digital peak reading meters. Full-logic transport controls used on the CS-F9 let it respond to the slightest finger contact for fast and effortless transport function selection.The Dolby-B system reduces tape hiss on tapes recorded on the CS-F9 by as much as 10 dB at the highest frequencies. The 19kHz multiplex pilot slgnal present in FM stereo broadcasts can cause false triggering of the noise reduction system. The switchable MPX filter of the CS-F9 filters out the pilot signal, and assuring proper Dolby processing of FM stereo programs.To make live recordings this deck has 2 microphone inputs to connect microphones with a jack connector. THIS DOESNT LOOK BAD AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES BUT WOULDNT TAKE MUCH TO GIVE IT A SAND AND RATTLE CAN PAINT IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO, IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE SPEAKERS, THESE WERE TBH PAST THEIR TIME AND WAS RECYCLED. AS FAR AS I CAN REMEMBER I HAVE NEVER KNOWN THERE TO BE A RECORD PLAYER WITH THIS EITHER. THIS A GREAT 80S RETRO HIFI THAT ARE NOW BECOMING RARE. IT HAS ALL BEEN TESTED, WORKS AND SOUNDS LOVELY APART FROM THE POSSIBLE TAPE MOTOR ISSUE WHICH COULD BE A SIMPLE FIX. A GREAT HIFI FOR THE COLLECTORS OUT THERE. I AM GOING TO SAY THIS HAS TO BE PICK UP ONLY, I WOULDNT WANT TO RISK THIS BEING DAMAGED IN POST AND ALSO PAYMENT IN CASH OR BANK TRANSFER ON COLLECTION PLEASE.
