Yaqin MS-12B Tube Phono & Line Preamplifier- NICE! Super Clean. Everything works great. I’ve owned, pampered, and loved this for a while now and it’s time to move on. Does not come with tubes because I want to keep the vintage Telefunkens for guitar amps. I made a test video to give an idea of sound quality. Message me if you want to see it. Please know what you’re buying. It will not have whisper quiet background noise, but that’s how all phono tube preamps are. Still, I think it’s very quiet. Specs are online in 100’s of forums. Basically the main gain state for phono are the (2) 12AX7’s (best place to play with tube rolling). The (2) 12AU7s are 20db of gain (small gain). When you’re on the ‘CD/DVD’ input you’re going through the 12AU7’s and it’s like a tube buffer with volume control. Which ties with most tube buffers for sound quality. When you’re on the ‘RIAA’ input you get the 12AX7’s as your phono preamp. Which is where I think this shines the most. Was in a climate controlled room with other music equipment. REALLY great sounding unit. Collect tons of tubes and enjoy! I don’t have the metal tube covers. I never had issues with microphonics and I prefer the look of glowing tubes. If you want to add some later this does fit the std size covers. I’ll pack it in tons of bubble wrap.

Yaqin MS-23B in very good condition and fully working. I have upgraded the valves to Gold Lion ones which were recommended for their airiness and great soundstage - they are a massive improvement over the supplied ones. The originals will also be included in case you wish to compare or switch them around. I havent used this much as I bought it just before moving house - this is evident from the condition.
