This is Yamaha HS-800 Aluminum Headshell from a YP-D6 turntable. It's used and in good working condition - I have tested it with my Audio Technica cartridge (not included). Cool feature of this headshell is that the wires are easily replaceable, so you can upgrade them if you want. Due to the age of the piece, this headshell is being sold as-is.
