Here is a YAMAHA CT-800 Natural Sound Am/Fm Stereo tuner in very good condition. The tuner has been tested . All lights work and FM reception is excellent. Note that AM reception could not be tested because there is no longer service in my area.The front of the device is in excellent condition, almost perfect. Note that the cabinet is black, originally it should be brown. It appears to have been covered by the previous owner. There is a serial number engraved on the back of the device. All functions have been tested and work properly except for the level button which does not seem to work. I dont have the user manual and I cant test this function. Since the device is over 45 years old, some parts may need to be replaced later to achieve optimal quality. The buyer should be aware of this. Am and Fm antenna are not included. For sale is a Yamaha T-80 Natural Sound AM/FM Stereo Tuner. It has super-precision digital fine tuning in 0.01 MHz steps, and a mix of preset stations available. This unit is in fine working condition. There are some cosmetic blemishes on the unit as can be seen in the pictures. I am the original and only owner of this tuner. It has been in storage for a number of years as a backup to my current gear, but my spouse has told me I cannot get any new gear until I clear out the old. Therefore, I am selling this and the Yamaha CX-2 control / pre-amp. See the last picture for the rack. As can be seen in the pictures, the unit will be shipped in its original packaging. The original manual will also be included. The specifications can be seen in one of the pictures - this is a scanned page from the manual. The antenna is not included in this sale. Yamaha ct-800 am/fm tuner.Working condition all functions work curser light works but background light does not.Signal strength meter sticks some times but wakes up if you tape it.This is a thirty plus year old tuner understand that it is currently working but may need cleaning/service to perform at its best.I do not know service history.I ONLY ACCEPT BIDS AND SHIP TO LOWER 48 USA.
