Description
The YAMAHA A-S2000 Integrated amplifier sounds great with a balanced output amplifier. Many good reviews from top audiophile reviewers. The Yamaha A-S2000 amplifier is plain, beautiful and powerful it should not leave you wanting. It does not add anything to the sound nor take away. The special topology of the amplifier seems to really grab ahold of the speaker cone movement. The special balanced output topology of the amplifier is not compatible with speakers that have their own active components (amplifier for built in subwoofer etcetera) nor can it be used with distribution switches. Please refer to manufacturers web page and user manual available at the manufacturers website for clarification. My application was direct wired to the driven speakers (preferred) and the only reason I am selling the unit is i have changed the space it was in and no longer need it... I do not want it setting around collecting dust when someone could enjoy it as much as I have. Also, because its important to me, the unit has been in smoke free homes.
