Overall, in good condition, however I must be transparent that this amplifier has spent some time in a smokers household. It has an undeniable cigarette smell, especially when it is heated up. Cosmetically the amplifier is in good shape however, it shows the usual signs of wear and tear on several areas throughout. Overall, however, this wear is light to minor. Tested and appears to be functioning as normal. The unit comes with the two remotes and original power cord. Unfortunately I do not have the manual for the amplifier, however, it can be easily accessed online. I attempted to clean the unit as best I could in order to rid the unit of its smell, however, I suppose if you are a smoker, the smell perhaps will not be an issue. Dedicated to excellence in customer service. The item will be shipped in a high strength cord cardboard box, care and attention will be taken to ensure the item arrives in good condition. God bless.
