Whilst clearing out my Fathers property, I found this Hi-Fi System carefully wrapped up in a packing case in his Garage = unfortunately, I have no idea how long it has been in storage. It consists of:- 2 No. Yamaha Speakers (NX-E100) - Impedance = 6 Ohms, Nominal Input = 60W, Maximum Input = 110W.1 No. Yamaha Stereo Receiver (RX-E100).1 No. Yamaha Compact Disc Player (CDX-E100) - there is a slight crack to the black plastic edging to the left hand side of the CD Player only (see Photo 14).1 No. Yamaha Stereo Cassette Deck (KX-E100). Also included in this listing are:- Remote Control - no batteries are suppliedAM Loop Antenna3 No. RCA PIN Cables (Phono Cables)2 No. System Control Cables2 No. Speaker CablesKX-E100 Natural Sound Stereo Cassette Deck - Owners ManualNX-E100 Speaker System - Owners ManualRX-E100 Natural Sound Stereo Receiver / CDX-E100 Natural Sound Compact Disk Player - Owners Manual Seem to be missing an Indoor FM Antenna Cable It has been tested, as follows:- All buttons/knobs for the Receiver, Compact Disc Player and Cassette Deck work; Remote Control works via the use of the System Control Cables - it controls the Receiver, the CD Player and the Cassette Deck; Receiver plays - but only able to test the AM Channels, as the FM Antenna Cable was missing. There is a separate connection for a remote Sub-Woofer Speaker (not tested). There is also provision to supply other Yamaha Micro Separates (not tested). There is an auxiliary connection for a Yamaha Mini-Disc Micro Separate (not tested); CD plays - fast forward, backwards, stop/start/pause; Tape plays - fast forward, backwards, stop/start/pause. It can also play both sides without removing the Tape and manually turning it over. The sound is a little muffled, so it may be that the Tape Heads need a clean. The Cassette Deck has dubbing facilities that enable recording from CD or from Radio (but not tested); The Speakers produce an absolutely fantastic sound - the Base Line is excellent and when playing a Prodigy Album, it handled the Base without the need for a Sub-Woofer Speaker. Sounds so much better than my existing Sound Bar! A wonderful compact separates system that definitely needs to be used again.......................
