Up for sale, a Yamaha KX-R430 cassette deck, a very good deck in its day (late 1980s). Has HX Pro, Dolby B & C, bias adjustment, auto reverse. Very clean, almost new-looking. Unfortunately, it does not work.Heres some details: Turns on and lights up.Capstans turnMain belt seems ok.FF and Rev worked for while.Pinch rollers wont return. Record/playback head wont retract. One motor makes noise on start up. Small tape counter belt is deteriorated. Door stuck shut. I managed to get the deck to to play a tape then it sort of locked up.For parts or repair. For that reason there are no returns on this. Buyer will receive one complete tape deck. Will be well-packed and ship within Continental US free of charge, US Postal or FedEx ground.
