Great vintage Natural Sound Yamaha Preamplifier. I have run this preamp for a few months now and it has worked flawlessly. Some unique features of this preamp are the parametric type tone controls and the ability to run 2 amps using the second output provided. These vintage Yamaha Preamps are also known for having excellent PHONO stages including a direct Phono input. It is in great overall cosmetic condition for its age. This sale is for a pre-owned Yamaha C-70 Stereo Control Amplifier/Preamp - UNTESTED - Parts/Repair - AS-IS. This item was acquired as part of a storage auction. As such, I do NOT know its history or functionality! Additionally I have no way of testing it aside from plugging it in, which I did and it did turn on however the power button light appears to be burned out. Therefore, it is being sold ‘as-is’ for ‘parts/repair’. Cosmetically, there are some signs of wear/soiling commensurate with use including some scratches/dents (see pictures). I only have the item in the pictures! I do NOT have any other parts or accessories. The item in the pictures is the item you will get.
