Das Rückgaberecht nach Fernabsatzgesetz wird ebenso ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen, genauso wie Nachverhandlungen bei Kaufpreis und/oder Versandkosten. Das Versandrisiko geht zu Lasten des Käufers. Auch wenn das Paket versichert versendet wird, bleibt das Risiko, auch bei Verlust der Ware, beim Käufer.
