Ive upgraded to a Classic 4 and so Im offering my Scout 1.1 for sale. Ive owned it since new, purchased May 2013. Its only been used by myself, no kids or pets in the house. It comes with all original accessories, and packing materials. It will not come with a cartridge. Per Harry Weisfeld of VPI the tonearm that I received with this table is a 9 version of the Classic 3 upgraded arm wand. The table is currently packed and ready for shipping to its new home. VPI Prime scout turntable in excellent cosmetic condition lightly used for past couple of years. Comes with 3-d tonearm, cartridge and record clamp not included. The junction box on this turntable has been modified by VAS audio the RCA interconnects go directly inside the junction box and is connected directly to the wiring of the tonearm for minimal loss of signal. The cables are high quality low capacitance Van Damme RCA interconnects. The wiring in the tonearm has also been modified by VAS audio the wiring in the tonearm is bi wired for greater signal transfer. A mini leveler for the tonearm has also been installed on top of the tonearm to help with proper cartridge alignment. This turntable also comes with a dustcover. and Audio-Technica AT33PTG MC Cartridge 35th Anniversary Model included in excellent working condition.

This VPI dust cover is an aftermarket unit. I believe the name of the company was auto shield, but I’m not certain as seen in the pictures. It fits very nicely on a VPI scoutmaster this unit is used but in excellent condition it has no cracks only very minor scuffs, which can hardly be seen, see pics. I am selling the desk cover only.
