I found the manual online.  https://www.manualslib.com/manual/955547/Vpi-Industries-Hw-17.html?page=2#manual I am selling for a friend.  VPI IndustriesModel HW-16.5 serial 11622. The tag in back says HW 17 but fairly certain it’s 16.5. It moves around in a circle when switch is flipped.  The vacuum comes on when the other switch is flipped.  Some things that I do see: The glass top has some minor scratches on it.  The part where it is connected needs super glued back together. See my picture pointing. It is still attached for about 65% and will stay open and close just fine. I saw one tiny edge crack on the glass. The foam is very brittle due to age. I saw you can buy replacement online.   I WOULD Totally prefer free pick up in Central Ohio Or near Coldwater Michigan if able but if not I will ship!  Please let me know what you may have questions about!

VPI HW-19 - Eminent Technology Tonearm 2 w/ air pump - Turntable Record Player -The Turntable is a VPI HW-19-The Tone arm is a Eminent Techology Tonearm 2-Air pump is Eminent Techology SPP-6GA, AC 120V. 60Hz, 8.5W-Grado Cartridge. I am unsure which model. We are not Audio Specialists. Our Shop acquired this turntable from the previous owner.It came to us in the present condition. The Tonearm was quickly soldered to male RCA Leads. It is currently Not Grounded to the turntable. This setup has been Tested and appears to be operational. The air pump is operational. The turntable is operational. The setup could use some work to bring it to perfection. Recommended work to be done.-Replace Belt-Install female RCA Jacks, and Ground the tonearm/RCA connection to the turntable-Perhaps replace the tubing for the air pump as it seems to have been throw together quickly from nearby parts. If we are shipping the item to you, it will need to be fully disassembled, including UNSoldering the RCA Leads from the tonearm.

VPI HW-19 - Audiophile Belt Drive Turntable w Dust Cover - TESTED Has a SUMIKO black pearl cartridge. Looks to be all original. Cover has some very light scratches as does the wood body but all in all a nice unit . Serial number is #1545 .The feet have been updated. I will double box the turntable, as I do with all my high end audio sales . Please see pics and ask questions if needed. Original 3/16 thick Acrylic Dust Cover with half-hinges* for the VPI HW-19 turntable. The Dust Cover is 4 in height. Photos were taken under bright light and at angles to clearly show any fine dusting scratches. Look closely since the table the cover is resting on has a number of scratches which could be mistaken for scratches on the clear acrylic. *Half hinges means the half of both hinges that are attached to the acrylic dust cover. The receiver side of the hinges that are attached to the turntables plinth are not included. It will be double boxed and packaged very well and will be shipped by UPS to insure safe delivery.
