This is a VPI JMW Memorial alignment jig. This came from a high end estate with a large quantity of turntables, all of which had already been liquidated by the time this jig turned up in a cabinet with other audio accessories, therefore I cant tell you specifically if this is for use with the JMW-9, JMW-10 or JMW-12 tonearms so please review the dimensions in the photo to determine if this is right for you. Im almost certain that the tonearm was on a model called the Classic, if that helps any. I measured from the white dot in the center of the grid which is where the stylus will rest, to the V groove of the fork which will be the base of the pivot point where the tonearm will be placed atop and it measured 10.15. The answer seems like it should be obvious to me but I dont want to make any incorrect claims. At any rate, its straight and true and in excellent preowned condition from a non-smoking environment and itll go home with the highest bidder so dont miss it! Ive taken a number of pictures and Ive enabled the scroll over zoom function so you can get an even closer look.
