Hello, I have for sale my Rare University Model T-202 Pair of Super tweeters SphericonThese are in working condition.These are in As Pictured physical condition.These will be packed with carewith protection on all sides top and bottom!The shipping is for the lower 48 states only.If you have any questions please feel free to ask, thank you!

Listed here is a pair of very rare University 6 model C6HF phenolic cone speakers. These are rated for 10 watts and have an impedance of 16 ohms. I believe these were possibly used by the navy for ships communication similar to the RCA MI-2989 speakers though these are much lighter in weight. These have been tested on a signal generator and performed very well with a sweet linear response from mid to high frequencies. They would be a great mid-range or even high frequency speaker for any two or three way system. Both speakers read about 12.5 ohms resistance for the voice coil. Both speakers come with a grill plate (the grills are a bit different from each other - see pics). One of the speakers has two or three small indentations on the cone, but there are no rips or tears and performed equally well when tested. Only one of the speakers has the model number still attached. I could not find any information on the net. Any info out there would be appreciated! They are very well made and are well preserved for their age. These will be carefully wrapped and protected for shipping. Please see my other listings. I do accept reasonable offers!
