Trio Kenwood S-3S Hi-fi speakers 60 watts, 8 ohms, 2 Way Made in Japan. I bought these new in about 1986. They’re in excellent clean condition and the sound is good. Each speaker weighs about 3.5Kg 3m length original speaker cables with bare ends. Black wood. 37cm x 21cm (wide) x 22cm (deep). Will ship to UK mainland only. Trio Stereo Receiver KR3600. Classic early 70s amplifier/ receiver, lovely condition and sound

A trio of black print RCA 6080 CV2984 valves with metal bases, gray plates, silver rods, mirror tops, triple mica and rectangle getters. The bases are marked 59EX9, 59-09 and 58-17. Tested very good. The valves have been tested on the Amplitrex AT1000 and the test results are shown in the photos. Please read the condition section as this forms part of the description. Unpacked weight is 0.185 kg. Note on the gas test reading from the user manual for the tester:In the case of small pre-amp valves anything more the 0.1 milliampere will likely cause problems. With a power tube the interpretation must be different. Power tubes typically show a few milliamperes of gas induced current increase, even if they are good. This is because in these tubes, plate temperatures are generally much higher and there is more surface area on the plate and other tube components which naturally outgas somewhat as it heats up. Also, because these tubes operate with several tens of milliamperes, or even over 100 milliamperes, a few mA of gas current is ok. Trio/Kenwood Stereo ReceiverAmplifier KR-2600 This lovely Trio amplifier receiver KR2600 is in good condition despite having lived in the loft for the past ten years since a house move.It was in full working order when we moved and I have no reason to believe that has changed, but has only been partially tested this week as I don’t have a cassette player, record deck or wifi speakers anymore.To test it, I cannibalised some RCA cables (as the speaker connections use wire wrapped around a terminal) and plugged the other RCA into a soundbar. I used an MP3 player in the aux input and everything was working well. No crackles on the volume pot, or the bass, treble, balance and loudness controls. All functioned well and good quality sound. Headphone socket working.Full disclosure - I haven’t tested the phono, or tape deck inputs.
