This is a fantastic DAC. Everything is included as shown in the picture. The only minor damage is to the remote control, the hook on the battery cover broke, but otherwise is in working condition (see picture). Everything works perfectly and sounds great. I hate to let it go, but I bought myself a Gustard R26 ;-)!
