It is Recommended that you change the Drive Belt Every 12 Months, this avoids Drive Belt Stretching, Speed Instability & Slow Platter Start Up.It will Fit the Following Thorens Turntables: Thorens TD 121, Thorens TD 124, Thorens TD 124 MKII, Thorens TD 135, Thorens TD 184, Thorens TD 224Fine Speed Adjustment: Always Disconnect the Turntable from the Mains Supply before doing any Work on it..After Changing the Drive Belt you will Need to Adjust the Speed so it is 100% Correct. Thorens TD124 MKII. Bel état cosmétique et mécanique mais la platine nécessite une révision complète et une remise en état de certains éléments pour délivrer tout son potentiel. État détaillé ci-dessous - Moteur fonctionne très bien, toutes les vitesses fonctionnent marche-arrêt sans problèmes, pas de travaux à prévoir.- Plateau en fonte en bel état cosmétique, visserie complète.- Arbre de transmission du Plateau légèrement voilé nécessite probablement un polissage et remise en état pour que le plateau tourne parfaitement droit.- Plateau aluminium en état correct mais doit être revu et inspecté.- Pastilles sur le plateau à remplacer.- Socle bois en bon état, les pieds du socle sont probablement à enlever ou remplacer.- Bras et cellule fonctionnent bien mais bras à replacer correctement dans la planchette.- Connectique à réviser.- Cellule Shure fonctionne correctement. La platine est en létat, fonctionne mais nécessite une révision. A retirer sur place à St Mandé proche Paris 12. Possibilité éventuellement de me déplacer pour la livrer dans Paris Est ou proche Saint-Mande et Vincennes mais me contacter en avance pour toute demande de ce type.

Thorens TD124 MK II Turntable. Working But Idler Wheel Issue. 99p Start Auction. This came from a property clearance and is being sold for spares or repairs. The motor runs and has had a new drive belt fitted but the idler wheel doesn’t always engage, if it’s pushed into place manually it runs as it should. Cosmetically its in great condition for its age . The armboard is included and to the best of my knowledge its for an SME arm. This is a 99p auction with no reserve price, no buy it now price. I’ll do my best to answer any questions but if you ask for a buy it now price then don’t be offended if I ignore you. Relisted due to a complete t**t , asking questions after the auction ended and trying it on.

THORENS TD 124 /II TURNTABLE, SME ARM & SHURE V15 TYPE II CARTRIDGE. Spare head with Shure V15 cartridge plus original SME head. The stylus is a new JICO one and has played no more than 8 sides of LP. Enamelling is generally immaculate except for one patch (difficult to photograph - see photo 3). The strobe light does not work. A new bulb (£28.00!) has been fitted and the existing components checked, but the lamp still does not come on. Wood plinth, but no lid. The SME arm is a delicate piece of equipment, so I would not pack this item for carrying. Personal pick up only, depending on distance. I am prepared to travel a reasonable distance to help. The deck has been mounted on a plinth for years, so I havent mounted it back into the box. I havent had any problems but it could probably use some new mounting bushes. If you have any more questions I would be pleased to help.
