Der Plattenspieler war defekt.Deshalb habe ich schon die Touch Reglereinheit separat anbeboten sowie den Plattenteller und die Haube.Eigentlicher Fehler war der Netztrafo, der einen Feinschluß hat(primärseitig, wie sich später herausstellte).Es wurden Versuche der Reparatur unternommen- letztendlich bleibt der Defekt des nicht reparablen Netztrafos.Deshalb hier als Teileträger- der Tonarm ist sicher in Ordnung, Headshell und System ebenso, der Antriebsriemen ist neu.Das Gehäuse sieht sehr gut aus.

Condition The heads are close to new. There are slight tape traces on the guide and the PB/Rec heads so I guess the head ensemble has been installed on a machine one day but used very few. Layer position The headblock is in german layer position. Heads can be unmounted and installed on an international position headblock anyway if desired. Heads The M10 PB Head is labelled WN01, the REC one AN01. Headblock S/N #123. Transport box The headblock comes strongly tightened in its original wooden box. Heres a small lot of five Telefunken 1/4 rec/playback heads to suit a half track mono recorder. They are all similar with minor differences in head profile, number of pins and indeed, part number.They have been lightly reprofiled and then polished up to a high gloss with an inductance check as a final hurdle. To be honest, these harder type heads never need that much relapping and most of the recovery procedure was polishing and inductance checking. This was done by tekky Dave when he was King of the relappers, so to speak.Please see pics for the decent finish to the faces of these heads, again, rather difficult to photograph properly!

Heres a refurbed Telefunken rec/play head suitable for a 1/4, 1/2 track tape recorder. It has been relapped to remove the very small flat on the head face (from use...) and then polished up to a pretty good shine. It measures up ok on the Tenma inductance meter showing a value right in the middle of Telefunkens recommended values. Unable to physically test at the moment unless I hold it up against the tape on an echo unit....There are several pre- and post-lapped Telefunken heads in a box here so if per chance one is wonky, there are plenty more where that came from!It has its original fixing bracket which you may not need but will help protect the head in transit. Itll be very well packed, thats for sure...
