This is the close relative of the Marantz model 7 preamp circuit but with an added valve rectified power supply. Superb sounding, still relatively not that well known. All original except for some repairs to the rca plugs which are quite fragile and also some changes to the electrolytics and some of the main signal capacitors in the circuit board have been upgraded to the highly regarded Jantzen red non polar capacitors which have kept the sound unaltered and as per the original to a greater extent. Will come with 8 little used valves. 4 for the main preamp and 4 for the phono stageplus one for rectification.
